Are you lacking in Energy and feeling tired all the time?

Are you lacking in Energy and feeling tired all the time?

Lacking energy...So you have been working all day, giving your work 100% of your focus and you return home feeling exhausted, stressed and ready for bed.  This is your usual routine, day in day out.  You are starting to resent your work, even if it is a job which you really love.  You are lacking energy and feeling tired all the time.

It is time to do something different.  It is time for you to change.  You could blame your work, the lack of resources you are given, there is too much to do, there is not enough time, but these are just excuses.

The bottom line is that it is time for you to take responsibility for your health.  No more excuses… time to put your mental health first…..

So how do you do this, well first things first….

  1. Put your happiness first in all aspects of your life including your health.  When others try to sabotage your happiness or put you second, don’t let them.  If you have always put family, patients, clients first, now is the time to rethink this. Why are they more important than you?

  2. Start changing the negative thoughts in your mind, and reframe them to be more positive.

  3. Stop watching the news and reading the newspapers as they just zap your energy by reporting negative things, which in turn make you think more negatively.

  4. Surround yourself with positive people and distance yourself from the negative people in your life.

  5. Look everyday for new opportunities in your life and develop yourself. Set yourself goals and  challenge yourself to grow your confidence and self esteem.

  6. Start a gratitude journal and write down at least 10 things to be thankful for each day.  Look for the good in your life rather than the bad.

  7. Begin meditating.  Clearing the mind for just 5 minutes will start making you feel happier.

If you need any help in turning off your mind, sleeping better, meditating or learning how to relax, then just get in touch. I would be happy to help.  Call 07815 904848 or email liz@insightfulminds.co.uk for a free consultation and start moving forward with your life.
