Your guide to independent living, empowering you to do more yourself not less!
Bereavements, Relationship breakdowns, Redundancies, long term illness, etc can knock our confidence. We might not feel good enough, beat ourselves up and just feel lonely, anxious and depressed and feel disconnected. Whatever your age sometimes we need just a little more support to get us back on track.
This service is to support people who need short term support to get back onto their feet, and is not intended to be a long term care service. Some tough love will be used too. ‘I can’ is the language we will be using not ‘I can’t’. I will work with you to get back to a life that you love, and then my work will be done. I am a professional coach, therapist and carer. My job is to empower you to keep you enjoying life or to rediscover a new life filled with joy.
