Having had massive issues around loss and bereavement myself, there have been some key ways I have found to cope and to overcome my deep and dark feelings of anger, guilt, fear, shame, sorrow, regret, etc, never mind the emotional pain you are feeling. Learning how to live in the present and not the past is not the easiest thing to do but so rewarding when you learn how to shift yourself from the negative state you find yourself in to feeling more positive and hopeful for your future.
